We act for a number of Landed Estates in Yorkshire and beyond, and advise them on the issues affecting their businesses whether it is Trusts, VAT, mixed farming, shooting and diversification, treatment of expenditure on farm and other commercial buildings, rental portfolios and the use of companies.
We will spend time discussing your needs and future plans for you and the other generations in your family, and unravel, explain and plan for the convoluted scenarios that can arise with Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Taxes and the like. Our team includes members of the Chartered Institute of Tax as well as the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners
